At CIVMATS, stainless steel wire production scope is mainly focused into 4 categories: stainless steel drawing wire (hardness and tensile strength can be accommodated per your demand), stainless steel cold heading wire, stainless steel spring wire & stainless steel welding wire. For stainless steel drawing wire, the smallest diameter we can produce is as small as 0.02mm. For stainless steel cold heading wire, we have up to 3Cu content CHQ raw material for your options. For stainless steel spring wire, we have 302, 304, 316 as the most popular grades. For stainless steel welding wire, we can produce TIG and MIG stainless steel welding wires according to your demand.

In CIVMATS, all of our stainless steel wires are packaged as per international standard to prevent any possible damage or loss. By default, we will use thick woven plastic bag to bundle SS wire that is not on spool. However, for stainless steel wire on spools, we will use carton box or wooden case. Kindly note, both spools and wooden case will incur extra cost, not only its own cost, but also the increased freight cost, which is especially true for air transportation. For enhanced customer experience, we also provide dedicated package as per your special requirements.

By default, we will quote based on sea transportation, such as FOB, CFR, CIF and the like for most enquiries or orders. Quotation based on air transportation is also optional upon your request for urgent demands.
