On 8 May 2018, six containers of 316L seamless stainless steel pipe, weighting 150 tons, was loaded at Shanghai port, preparing to ship to MANZANILLO. It took two months for CIVMATS to finish the whole production, from receiving the deposit till packaging.
This was not the first-time cooperation between us. The long-term business relations actually started from a trail order, 4.5 tons of 316L seamless pipe with some 8 distinct dimensions. The customer highlighted the importance of quality and promised future orders if quality was fine, as many other customers did. An order like this proved tough to any manufacturer, as different dimensions of the small quantity was cost-consuming, but won’t cost less time instead. However, CIVMATS did it gracefully. Not only was the quality and service satisfactory to the customer, but the production was completed one day before schedule.
Two months ago the customer joked on our sales person when placing this order, “ Maybe the trail order was a bit cumbersome that time, and you did it because you had no idea how to refuse me…LOL…but you did solve an urgent problem for us. See this one? It is what you deserve, for all you have done. Thank you! Thank you!” When our sales person heard the encouragement, she radiated with big smiles on her face.
