Stainless steel angle bars can be customized as per process into hot rolled stainless steel angle bar, welded stainless steel angle bar & bent stainless steel angle bar. According to international and domestic market demand, hot rolled stainless steel angle bar is the most welcome among the three. However, if unequal stainless steel angle bar is required in hot rolled process, it is advisable to switch to welded stainless steel angle bar for better looking. Of course, bent stainless steel unequal angle is also optional at lower cost as per your demand. If hot rolled process is a must, we can still get hot rolled stainless steel unequal angle by cutting the edge of hot rolled stainless steel equal angle at higher cost.
The most distinctive characteristics of hot rolled stainless steel angle bar is that its legs have radius, not in right angle. This is demonstrated as per below drawing (Drawing 1) as below.
1) Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Angle Bar
As shown in the drawing, the hot rolled stainless steel L angle is round with radius, not in sharp angle. Meanwhile, the end of each leg is also featured with radius, not presented in sharp cut. Hot rolled stainless steel angles are preferred to bent stainless steel angle or welded stainless steel angle, because it is shaped without weak point.
